Aspen Ladd

Aspen Ladd started her combat sport career when she was 14 years old. After her kickboxing and boxing lessons, wrestling BJJ and BJJ, she began her professional debut with Jaimee Nievera at WCFC when she was 18 years old. Ladd was able to build on her victory and continued her three-fight win streak in Ultimate Reno Combat finishing her opponents inside the first round of all fights. Then she returned to WCFC where she defeated Leslie Rodriguez via unanimous decision. Aspen had previously defeated Silvia Baeghian as well as Maddy Simmons, before taking the fight to Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia was defeated by Aspen with a majority vote. This put a stain on her record as an amateur. Ladd bounced back from the loss and defeated Roma Pawelek at Tuff-N-Uff to improve her record to 8-1. Aspen began her professional career in the year 2015. She joined Invicta FC and made her debut. She fought Ana Carolina Vidal at Invicta FC 11 and beat her for a 1st-round TKO. Invicta 16 saw her rise into the Bantamweight division after winning her fight with Amanda Cooper by armbar in the second round. Aspen's formidable wrestling ability defeated McGill as she was able to stop her fight in the third round with a TKO (elbows and punches). Aspen had to face Jessica Hoy, at Invicta FC 18. She took on Hoy using her catchweight (138.1lb), because Ladd was not able to make an appearance at the weigh-in. Aspen still dominated Hoy and eventually knocked her down with a KO. Invicta FC 21, she defeated her opponent in her final bout with the promotion by unanimous decision. Aspen Ladd debuted in the UFC at UFC Fight Night 118, against Lina Langsberg. She dominated Lina and pounded her with a ground and pound to pick up a second-round TKO victory. She remained dominant and picked up a more impressive victory in her next fight against Tonya Evinger. The fight was at UFC 229. Ladd defeated Evinger with a punch during the first round. She also received a performance of the Night bonus. Sijara Eubanks from Invicta FC was her opponent for another rematch in UFC Fight Night dos Anjos against Lee. It was the fighter's first fight in a major tournament. Her victory was an unanimous victory, and the Fight of the Night award was awarded to both fighters. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie ended Ladd's winning streak within 16 seconds. After a quick break before returning to take on Yana Kunizkaya during the UFC's ESPN 7 third-round fight. In her place, she took on Norma Dumont in her most recent UFC fight. The fight was unanimously decided against her.
